Due to an accident, Tae Poong only has the mental capability of a seven-year-old. Yu Jung, his next-door neighbor, has an upcoming audition to be a radio host. Tae Poong helps her practice before the big day. Meanwhile, Tae Poong’s mother does what her son asks without question.

Kyung Hee sends Tae Poong home with Dae Chul from the hospital. Yu Ra finds out that she wasn’t offered the DJ position she really wanted, and she confronts Na Young for taking it instead. Su Hee and Sang Hyeon see a hypnotist to bring back Su Hee’s memory.

Kyung Hye meets Ji Yeon through a marriage matchmaking service. She likes her right away and introduces her to Tae Poong. Meanwhile, Yu Ra takes a pregnancy test. When she discovers she’s pregnant, she decides to marry Jun Seok. They travel to Jun Seok’s hometown for the wedding, where his family awaits.

Tae Poong’s mother meets Ji Yeon at the welfare center and invites her to dinner. Ji Yeon seems like the best possible potential spouse for Tae Poong. Yu Jung spies on Ji Yeon in the restaurant while she’s at work and quickly discovers how horrible she is. Then, Yu Myung takes Tae Poong to a party and loses him.

Yu Jung finds Tae Poong alone as she planned and takes him to a motel to spend the night. She intentionally lets her mother find her pregnancy test. Yu Jung tells Mrs. Lee that she’s pregnant with Tae Poong’s baby, just as Yu Ra is on her way home to confess her love.

Yu Ra’s parents are devastated to find out that Tae Poong is the father of Yu Ra’s baby. Yu Jung senses something is uncanny about the situation. Kyung Hye decides to have Tae Poong and Yu Ra marry, despite sensing something unusual.

Yu Ra wants to marry Tae Poong before Jun Seok wakes up. Yu Jung keeps asking Yu Ra about what happened that day, and Yu Ra gets anxious that she might find out the truth. The wedding day plans were going well, up until Yu Jung collapses due to her cold.

Sook Ha scolds Yu Jung for ruining Yu Ra’s wedding. Tae Poong realizes he has feelings for her twin sister, Yu Jung, and refuses to marry Yu Ra. Yu Jung tells Tae Poong to keep his feelings for her a secret. Meanwhile, Yu Ra works on a scheme to get revenge on Na Young.

Yu Ra decides to register her marriage as soon as possible, and Kyung Hye wants to be there. As Yu Ra is about to submit the papers, someone sends her a text message telling her to stop. The messages tell her to go to a clinic with her mother-in-law, or else the photo with Jun Seok will be sent to Kyung Hye.

Jun Seok’s younger brother, Mr. Kim, tells Yu Ra to get a paternity test after she gives birth. She tries various methods to keep it a secret, but Mr. Kim is always one step ahead of her. Seo Jun is sent to a production plant in Chuncheon by his father, Chairman Cha.

Ji Seok insists on getting a paternity test on the baby immediately. Sang Hyeon thought he had given up on finding Su Hee's family until he gets a call from a woman claiming to have known Su Hee. Yu Ra starts to question Tae Poong's family's wealth.

Hwa Yeon realizes that Ji Sook is alive, so she orders Mr. Koo to never let her regain her memory. Yu Ra questions her mother-in-law's wealth and looks for proof of any assets by using Tae Poong. Sang Hyeon manages to find Mr. Koo's address and goes to his house.

Yu Ra continues to delay registering Min Woo's birth certificate since she finds out that Kyung Hye's company is in a difficult situation. Meanwhile, Hwa Yeon fabricates Su Hee's past to lose Sang Heon. Kyung Hye notices the materials were not made well at the construction site.

Sang Hyeon goes to see Woo Seok at his office and at home. Hwa Yeon tries to stop him from seeing her husband. Kyung Hye suddenly suggests that Yu Ra and Tae Poong go on a family trip. After getting back from the trip, Yu Ra finds Kyung Hye's final will.

Yu Ra finds out the foundation her mother-in-law has been donating to has been going through turmoil, so she tells her about it. She also pretends to care for Tae Poong in front of Kyung Hye in order to influence her last will. Sang Hyeon finally gets in touch with Woo Seok.

Yu Ra is worried about what Jun Seok will tell her mother-in-law. Sang Hyeon's family rushes into the hospital to see Sang Hyeon in critical condition. Kyung Hye has a lot on her mind, trying to deal with Yu Ra's ex-boyfriend while also digging into the irregularities made by the foundation at the same time.

Kyung Hye is arrested for a hit-and-run because there was a witness who testified against her. Sang Hyeon dies, and his family has a funeral for him. Tae Poong and Yu Jung try to get Kyung Hye out of jail by finding evidence that she wasn't at fault. They succeed in proving the witness's testimony is false.

Kyung Hye gets arrested again because of Yu Ra's testimony. Yu Ra tries to fabricate Kyung Hye's will and obtain ownership of Kyung Hye's properties. Meanwhile, Tae Poong shows a picture to Kyung Hye, and she finds out that it was Hwa Yeon who framed her.

Tae Poong struggles to accept the changes that occur now that Kyung Hye and Yu Ra are gone. Yu Ra leaves Min Woo and Tae Poong to start a new life. The guilt Hwa Yeon feels for the things she has done won't subside. Su Hee is still trying to get over her husband's death.

Tae Poong gets the dashcam footage from the lady next door and takes it to the detective. Unfortunately, Detective Choi has already been bribed by Hwa Yeon. Tae Poong is locked up in the rehabilitation center but manages to escape. When he's kidnapped again, he gets into a car accident.

Tae Poong wakes up with Savant syndrome and realizes he has higher intelligence than the average person. He changes his identity and leaves for the States with Su Hee. After he gets back to Korea, he becomes a prosecutor. Meanwhile, Yu Ra tries to get introduced to Seo Jun to pursue her ambition.

Yu Ra can't stop thinking that Min Hyuk is Tae Poong, so she tries to find out the truth herself. She invites him to her program once more and secretly obtains his fingerprints to compare them. Hwa Yeon tries to find a future spouse for Seo Jun.

Hwa Yeon is grateful to Yu Ra for saving her life, so she treats Yu Ra to a meal and likes what she sees. Tae Poong and Min Hyuk find the guy that gave false testimony and threaten him. Yu Jung hears a rumor that Tae Poong was seen somewhere.

Yu Jung finally encounters Tae Poong. Ever since Yu Ra saved Hwa Yeon's life, they've rapidly become closer friends. Su Hee has opened a store of her own, while Sook Ja has also purchased a new property to open her store.

Yu Jung's mother leaves a note saying she plans to kill herself and goes missing. Her family looks all over the town to find her. Min Hyuk finds out that Yu Ra is trying to marry Seo Jun. He finds a way to talk to Seo Jun. Yu Ra visits Min Hyuk's office, as she still doubts him.

Min Hyuk falls into Yu Ra's trap and eats a salad with shrimp powder on it, put there by Yu Ra. He barely manages to escape the crisis. Then, Yu Jung finds Min Hyuk on the street, and he encounters a crisis yet again at the hospital. Yu Ra's plan to use Hwa Yeon to get close to Seo Jun falls apart, so she finds another way to get to him.

Seo Jun is at the bar with Min Hyuk when he hears Yu Jung's voice somewhere in the room. Afterward, he continues to search for her until the day of an important meeting when he sees her walking by on the road. He is late for the meeting, and Yu Ra finds a way to get close to him.

Yu Ra finds President Ko's son as she planned, and he wants to repay her for it. She uses the chance to win Seo Jun's favor, but Seo Jun refuses. Min Hyuk tries to find out who ordered the gang members to abduct him. Seo Jun later goes back to Yu Ra to solve his problem.

One of DL Group's subcontractors had a contract canceled, so he holds up a sign in front of the company. Woo Seok brings him in to discuss the matter, but he threatens to kill Woo Seok. Meanwhile, Yu Ra keeps asking Seo Jun to get married to her in return for her help with President Ko.

Na Young shows up in front of Yu Ra. Na Young threatens Yu Ra with her past so she could be selected as a successful candidate. Meanwhile, Min Hyuk goes after the real culprit of his mother's case so he can find the second witness.

Yu Ra tells Seo Jun's parents that she wants to move in with them after the wedding. Min Hyuk meets the prosecutor that was in charge of the hit-and-run case five years ago, but something seems fishy. Yu Ra hires fake parents to take to the parental meeting before the marriage. Min Hyuk keeps digging into the case, including the people involved. He's preparing for a surprise at Yu Ra's wedding and discovers the shocking truth that was behind his mother's death.

Min Hyuk realizes that DL was behind his mother's death, so he tries to find a way into the group. He finds a connection, who is Seo Jun, to get what he wants. Yet the former prosecutor, Prosecutor Kang, who was in charge of his mother's case, just filled an opening in the DL legal department. He looks for proof of the new chief legal officer's irregularity. Seo Jun is still unhappy with his marriage, and Min Hyuk gives him a reason to dislike Yu Ra even more.

Min Hyuk finds out that Yu Ra was behind Shin So Young's false testimony. Chief Kang ends up keeping his job, but Min Hyuk finds another way to make him and the culprit turn on each other. Mi Ri learns that Yu Ra and Seo Jun had a deal before their marriage.

Min Hyuk becomes the chief legal officer of DL Group. He meets Yu Jung as he's dealing with the abusive customer from last time. Yu Ra tries to win Hwa Yeon's favor by cooking for her friends. Yu Jung asks Min Hyuk to drink with her and tells him she misses Tae Poong.

Yu Jung wakes up with a serious headache. She remembers how she acted last night and regrets it, feeling embarrassed. Some men come to Sook Ja's house and harass her, demanding she pays them the money she owes. Yu Jung can't handle seeing her mother so scared, so she says she'll pay the money back instead of her. Meanwhile, Yu Ra plans to appear on the show with Seo Jun to establish herself as Seo Jun's wife.

Min Hyuk plans to make Seo Jun and Yu Jung meet again to separate Yu Ra from DL Group. Sook Ja is offered a part-time job as a housekeeper, and it turns out it was at Yu Ra's house. Yu Ra forces her out, worried that she might get caught. Min Hyuk suggests special recruitment to Chairman Cha to let Yu Jung into DL Group as a regular employee.

Min Hyuk helps Yu Jung prepare for the DL special recruitment contest so that he can make her and Seo Jun meet. Seo Jun's aunt helps Yu Ra have dinner with him, but he doesn't go. Yu Ra gets rained on out of despair and gets sick. Will Yu Jung get hired?

Seo Jun and Yu Jung finally meet after five years, but they don't have much time to catch up before the important online fashion show. Yu Ra gets to introduce Seo Jun to her colleagues since he said he'll make time. One of the employees of DL loses a pair of pants for the show, and Yu Jung gets the blame. She manages to fix it, and the show ends successfully. Yu Ra is waiting for Seo Jun, but he has dinner with Yu Jung after a long day.

Yu Ra gets furious after Seo Jun stands her up. Seo Jun introduces Yu Jung to Min Hyuk as his first love. Yu Jung worries if Min Hyuk has misunderstood things between her and Seo Jun. Meanwhile, Yu Ra finds out that Seo Jun bought the purse for someone other than her and has a man follow Seo Jun to figure out who Seo Jun has been seeing.

Yu Ra rushes into Seo Jun's hotel room, thinking he was cheating on her. She realizes she misunderstood, and Seo Jun decides to get divorced to make things better with Yu Jung. Yu Ra thinks Ye Jin is the girl having an affair with Seo Jun because of the purse Yu Jung lent her. She slaps her in the elevator when the door opens, in front of Seo Jun and Min Hyuk.

Seo Jun wants to explain his situation to Yu Jung, but she won't listen. Yu Ra tries to stop Seo Jun from getting a divorce from her by suggesting a photoshoot with his parents. Yu Jung's father goes to the rehabilitation center where Tae Poong was five years ago and finds out that he's dead.

Yu Ra finds out that Seo Jun had feelings for Yu Jung, so she quibbles over her relationship with Seo Jun. Yu Jung tells her that she is not in a relationship with Seo Jun, but Yu Ra won't believe her. Hwa Yeon threatens Seo Jun to sort things out with Yu Ra, or she'll kick Yu Ra and her family out of the country. Meanwhile, Tae Poong calls Yu Jung, but someone else receives his call instead.

Min Hyuk takes Yu Jung home safely after the accident. As she gets home, she hears about Tae Poong's death, and she's devastated. She can't go to work for a couple of days, which worries Min Hyuk. He goes to find her at her house and realizes she's been mourning his death.

Yu Jung gets herself together and goes back to work. Seo Jun was worried about her but decided not to ask her about it. Yu Ra uses Seo Jun's parents again to make him meet her friends at dinner. Dong Ho goes to the playground with Sook Ja's brother, Bong Jun, and gets lost. Yu Jung looks for him and calls his name, but accidentally calls him "Min Woo," and Min Hyuk hears it.

Dong Ho safely returns home. Yu Jung's team works on a collaborative project, so Seo Jun, Yu Jung, and Ye Jin meet the dye expert, Ju Seol. Seo Jun wants to be on better terms with Yu Jung, but she doesn't let him. Min Hyuk finally realizes the shocking truth, so he decides to tell Yu Jung that he's Tae Poong.

Min Hyuk decides not to tell Yu Jung that he's Tae Poong to prevent Seo Jun from finding out and getting hurt. But he still wants to spend time with his son, so he keeps giving things and helping Yu Jung and Dong Ho. Hwa Yeon suggests to Yu Ra that she have a test-tube baby without letting Seo Jun know.

Yu Jung believes that Min Hyuk is actually Tae Poong and keeps asking him to tell her that he is Tae Poong, who she was looking for all along. But he firmly denies it and insists she stop having doubts. However, Yu Jung happens to go into Min Hyuk's room and finds something unexpected.

Min Hyuk goes to find Yu Jung to tell her everything about what has happened to him so far. However, to everyone else, he still wants to keep it a secret that he's Tae Poong since he's still looking for the person behind his mother's death. Yu Ra uses Hwa Yeon to keep her marriage, while Seo Jun uses Woo Seok to break up the marriage.

Yu Ra tells Seo Jun that she's never getting a divorce. He tries to act up and hurt her feelings so that she'll give up on their marriage, but she stays strong. Before Min Hyuk goes on a business trip for a few days, he spends quality time with Yu Jung and Dong Ho.

Yu Myung gets arrested for design theft. However, it turns out that the design belongs to DL Group, and the company has already filed a complaint about it. So Yu Jung asks Seo Jun for help, but when Yu Ra sees Yu Jung with Seo Jun, she flips out. Meanwhile, Seo Jun tries to persuade the board to drop the charges against Yu Myung, but it won't be easy.

Yu Ra goes to her parents' house and screams at Yu Jung, claiming that she flirted with Seo Jun, her husband. Sook Ja takes Yu Ra's side and tells Yu Jung to quit her job. Seo Jun wants to get divorced, but Yu Ra won't let him. So he tries to find something that will help him win in the courtroom.

Ju Seol tells Yu Jung that he'll sue her. It turns out Yu Ra told Sook Ja to send her the pictures of Ju Seol's notebook. Yu Jung and Min Hyuk find out about it, but Yu Jung wants to let it slide because it will harm her mother. She still wants to apologize to Ju Seol, so she waits outside of his workshop.

Ju Seol gets a phone call from Hwang Jin Sung and accepts Yu Jung's apology. Seo Jun realizes that Yu Ra is hiding something about her parents. Mi Ri signs a contract to partner up with her friend from school. Then, Ye Jin comes to Yu Myung's house to ask why he's not answering her calls.

Na Young keeps coming to talk to Seo Jun, which makes Yu Ra feel threatened. Na Young asks Yu Ra for a job or at least some money to get by. Yu Jung gives Min Hyuk a ring. Mi Ri is scammed by her friend, Hye Sun, and Min Hyuk solves the case. Yu Ra pretends to help Na Young.

Yu Ra threatens Tae Poong and says he must cooperate if he doesn't want Seo Jun to find out about the relationship between Tae Poon and Yu Ra. She also threatens Yu Jung to quit her job. Seo Jun sees a picture sent by Na Young and finds out that Yu Jung went to the same school as Yu Ra. Meanwhile, Seo Jun continues to have doubts about Yu Ra's father, so Yu Ra has no choice but to call in her fake father again.

Min Hyuk sends a thermal mattress to Hwa Yeon so that Dae Chul can find out where Yu Ra lives. Yu Jung wants to quit her job to protect Min Hyuk from Yu Ra. Min Hyuk blackmails Yu Ra to let Yu Jung keep her job. When Dae Chul sees Min Hyuk's face for the first time, he's convinced that it's Tae Poong.

Min Hyuk tells Dae Chul that he's not Tae Poong. He keeps digging into Yu Ra's past to force her out of Seo Jun's family. Yu Myung tries to earn Su Hee's favor so that he can get permission to keep dating Ye Jin.

Tae Poong finally goes to Dae Chul and explains the situation. Dae Chul promises to convince Yu Ra to come clean, but she refuses to do so. Min Hyuk still tries to expose Yu Ra's lies, but she won't easily let him. She decides to invite Seo Jun, Yu Jung, and Min Hyuk for dinner to tell Min Hyuk that she's onto him.

Yu Ra tries to dig into the truth about Tae Poong's death after her gynecologist told her she was Tae Poong. Yu Jung tells her he died five years ago, but Yu Ra hasn't the slightest doubt that Min Hyuk is actually Tae Poong. She tells his mother to take Min Woo and go to the US before Min Woo's birth certificate gets out.

Dong Ho and Sook Ha suddenly disappear, and everyone falls into panic. Yu Jung asks Yu Ra about Dong Ho's whereabouts, but she keeps saying she doesn't know anything about it. Min Hyuk also tells Yu Ra that he will not stand still if Yu Ra messes with Yu Jung's child. He starts his revenge as Tae Poong.

Min Hyuk tells Yu Ra that he's Tae Poong. All family members of Yu Jung learn the truth of Min Hyuk's identity. Yu Ra plans to get back at Tae Poong by stealing his flash drive, which is evidence of her past and reveals his true identity to Seo Jun.

Tae Poong gives Yu Ra the last chance to come clean, but she decides to fake an accident to get him arrested instead. She falsifies enough evidence to make the police think he instigated the car accident she's planning on getting into. Everyone hears about her car accident, and then Tae Poong gets arrested by the police.

Yu Ra shows Seo Jun the picture of Yu Jung and Min Hyuk. Seo Jun goes to Min Hyuk in custody to ask in person and finds out about the relationship between Yu Jung and Min Hyuk. Yu Jung and Ye Jin try to find eyewitnesses who can prove that Min Hyuk wasn't in his office when the message was sent.

Seo Jun ends up helping Min Hyuk get released from the police station. He asks Min Hyuk to break up with Yu Jung. Min Hyuk says no, and Seo Jun hurts his hand when he punches the wall out of anger. Yu Jung and Seo Jun go to a meeting together, where he punches the other contractor when he sees him harassing Yu Jung.

Yu Jung is shocked to find out that Seo Jun knows about her and Tae Poong. Meanwhile, Yu Jung's mother is frantic after she hears that Yu Jung and Tae Poong are seeing each other. She scolds Yu Jung, and Yu Jung realizes that she and Tae Poong can't be together.

Yu Jung and Tae Poong decide to break up with each other due to the circumstances. Dong Ho gets lost and ends up calling Tae Poong. Tae Poong and Yu Jung return home with Dong Ho, where Yu Jung's mother is waiting because she's still suspicious about the relationship between the two. Dong Ho asks Tae Poong to come and see him sing at his kindergarten.

Seo Jun tells his family that he's divorcing Yu Ra. The whole family is shocked, and Yu Ra tries to stop the divorce. Min Hyuk gets to spend a day with Dong Ho and hears that he wants him to be the father. He finds an odd bruise on Dong Ho's arm. After Dong Ho goes home, he starts getting a nosebleed.

Dong Ho is suspected of having leukemia, so the doctor runs a few tests. He's diagnosed with acute lymphocytic leukemia, and everyone, including Tae Poong and Seo Jun, finds out about it. Dong Ho stays in the hospital to treat his leukemia. Tae Poong and Seo Jun both try to help Yu Jung and Dong Ho.

Min Hyuk tells Dong Ho that he can call him his father so that Dong Ho will shave his head for chemotherapy. Woo Seok talks to Seo Jun about Yu Jung and tells him how foolish he is. Dong Ho's results turn out to be fine, so he comes home. Not long after, the hospital calls Yu Jung to give her the bad news.

Tae Poong is shocked when he finds out that Dong Ho isn't his biological father. Still, he asks Yu Ra to take the bone marrow biopsy so he can save Dong Ho. He asks Yu Ra who Dong Ho's real father is, but Yu Ra won't tell him. So, Tae Poong decides to find the father on his own.

Dong Ho finds a match, but the donor can't do it because she recently found out that she's pregnant. Yu Jung's family and Min Hyuk persuade Yu Ra to get tested. Min Hyuk ends up giving her past records to save Min Woo. Yu Ra turns out to be a match, so she gets prepared under the condition that it's still a secret.

Yu Ra leaves the hospital to avoid Seo Jun, but Dong Ho dies while waiting for the transplant. Everyone, including Yu Jung's family and Tae Poong, is in despair. Yu Ra comes home and lies, saying her business trip was pushed back a day. Later, she gets a document proving that she's Min Woo's mother, so she goes to Tae Poong.

Tae Poong talks to Jun Seok about his big plan of taking Yu Ra down. Jun Seok agrees to the plan because he resents her for letting Min Woo die. Then, he calls Seo Jun to make an appointment the next day, saying that he has something important to share. Yu Ra hears about the appointment from Seo Jun and tries to stop them from talking to each other.

Jun Seok is attacked in bed, and Tae Poong rushes in to rescue him. They fail to catch the attacker, but Tae Poong knows it was Yu Ra's doing. Yu Ra goes to meet Jun Seok to stop him from seeing Seo Jun. She ends up harming herself to report him to the police for attacking her. Yu Jung returns to DL to help with the concert and figures out how to kick Yu Ra out of DL Group.

Yu Jung decides to date Seo Jun in order to take revenge on Yu Ra for Dong Ho's death. Tae Poong wants to stop her, but she's blinded by grief. Yu Ra meets Jun Seok in person to tell him to leave the country, and Jun Seok ends up falling off the cliff. She doesn't know yet whether he's alive or dead. Sang Tae finds out that Mi Ri is Woo Seok's sister.

Yu Jung goes to Seo Jun's house and tells his parents that Dong Ho wasn't her child. She asks for their permission to go out with Seo Jun. Yu Ra is furious, so she goes to her parents and yells at them, only to get slapped by her mother. She somehow agrees to divorce Seo Jun, and he can't wait to tell Yu Jung about it.

Hwa Yeon hears that Seo Jun was with Yu Jung when he was beaten up. She slaps Yu Jung and tells her to leave. Yu Jung keeps trying to find out who ordered them to attack Seo Jun. Tae Poong doesn't want Yu Jung to be humiliated because of revenge and decides to finish the job as soon as possible.

Yu Ra returns to Seo Jun's house once again and tells his family that she's pregnant. Seo Jun can't remember anything because Yu Ra put sleeping pills in his wine. Yu Jung doesn't believe Yu Ra, and she'd do anything to kick Yu Ra out of the DL Group family. She tells Seo Jun that she'll raise Yu Ra's child if that's what it takes to be by his side.

Hwa Yeon prevents Woo Seok from seeing Su Hee's face. Yu Jung sees Yu Ra taking cold medicine and doubts that she's pregnant, so she brings a doctor to her house. Yu Ra decides to blackmail Hwa Yeon using what she heard from the study. She thinks she has Seo Jun to herself now, but he still insists that he'll be with Yu Jung. So Yu Ra tries to get rid of Yu Jung.

Yu Jung tells Seo Jun about Yu Ra's fake pregnancy. Seo Jun takes the recording to Yu Ra and interrogates her. But Yu Ra threatens him instead with what his mother had done to Su Hee. Yu Ra figures that the recording will be in her way, and she plots to erase it from Yu Jung's phone. Tae Poong tells Yu Jung to stop getting back at Yu Ra, but Yu Ra can't stop.

Yu Ra kidnaps Yu Jung so that she can find out where she hid Min Woo’s things. Yu Jung refuses to answer, while her family, Tae Poong and Seo Jun, wonder where she is. Hwa Yeon realizes that Seo Jun knows about what she had done to a woman named Seo Ji Sook in the past. When she finds out that Yu Ra told him, she bursts into her room.

Tae Poong asks around to find Yu Jung and rescues her. Yet she loses consciousness and sees Seo Jun at the hospital when she wakes up, so she thinks Seo Jun rescued her. Yu Ra threatens Seo Jun, saying she’ll tell his father about Hwa Yeon’s secret. He doesn’t want to keep being swayed by her, so he comes up with a plan.

Yu Ra provides proof of her pregnancy to a reporter to get rid of the rumors. Su Hee’s store wins Store of the Month, and she gets to have a meal with the chairman. Hwa Yeon hears about it and demands Mr. Koo to cancel it. Yu Ra doesn’t have a recording of Hwa Yeon’s secret anymore, so she goes to find Seo Ji Sook.

Yu Ra brings Su Hee to her house so that she can get Hwa Yeon to confirm her pregnancy in front of a reporter. Yu Jung finds out that it was Min Hyuk who rescued and carried her to the emergency room. Seo Jun still wants his mother to confess to what she had done.

Yu Jung rushes to the hospital as soon as she hears that Tae Poong has collapsed. She asks Su Hee not to tell him that she was here. Hwa Yeon begs Yu Jung to leave Seo Jun for good. Meanwhile, Tae Poong finds out that Yu Jung was at the hospital to see him.

Yu Ra tells Seo Jun that the fabrication of the trending topic and the article about the gynecologist were both written by Min Hyuk. Seo Jun threatens Yu Jung that he’ll sue Min Hyuk if she doesn’t stay by his side. Yu Jung decides to do so to prevent Min Hyuk from getting fired by the DL Group.

Min Hyuk and Yu Jung get back together after the misunderstanding is resolved. Hwa Yeon tries to get Mi Ri to break up with Sang Tae to prevent Woo Seok from finding out about Seo Ji Sook. Min Hyuk asks Dae Chul to come to DL Group so that he can tell him about reuniting with Yu Jung. Dae Chul realizes that Koo Chun Soo, his hometown friend, is also working at DL.

Sang Tae decides to look into the past hit-and-run case that killed his brother, Sang Hyeon. Seo Jun notifies Su Hee that her store must be closed for the company to open a premium store for VIP customers. Meanwhile, Yu Ra finally reveals to the press that she had a miscarriage. Sang Tae agrees that Min Hyuk’s mother was framed for the hit-and-run.

Su Hee faints the moment she sees Woo Seok. She’s sent to the hospital. He visits the hospital to see her again, but she’s terrified to see him for some reason. Min Hyuk decides to tell Su Hee who he really is, so he can ask her how she lost her memory. She still can’t remember a thing, and Min Hyuk asks her family to keep it a secret until he can find the culprit of the hit-and-run case.

Woo Seok is bitter after he realizes he has mistaken Su Hee for Ji Sook. Meanwhile, Seo Jun finds out something strange about Yu Myung and Yu Ra and starts to look into Yu Ra’s secret. Woo Seok is shocked to see Mi Ri’s handkerchief with viola embroidered. Mi Ri tells Woo Seok that Su Hee told her a floral language of a viola, and he rushes out the door.

Su Hee gets hit in the head, but she’s not badly hurt. Min Hyuk learns that the text message that called her out was sent from the same burner phone from five years ago. Chun Soo confirms that Yu Jung is Dae Chul’s daughter, so he goes to say hello. A few misunderstandings occur as he talks to Yu Jung and Dae Chul.

Dae Chul tells Yu Jung that the woman he was having an affair with is her mother. Yu Jung comes to accept the fact. Chun Soo keeps digging into the secret Dae Chul is hiding about his daughters. Seo Jun finds out that Yu Jung and Yu Ra are sisters. Hwa Yeon still tries to keep Su Hee away from Woo Seok.

Seo Jun tells Yu Jung, Yu Ra, and Min Hyuk that he knows Yu Jung and Yu Ra are sisters and that Min Hyuk is Tae Poong. Hwa Yeon also finds out about Yu Ra’s lies, so she tries to get rid of her. Yu Ra finds something that might stop Hwa Yeon from kicking her out. Woo Seok realizes what Hwa Yeon did to Ji Sook, so he goes to see her.

Hwa Yeon is moved to the hospital after getting hit by a van. The doctor diagnoses that she’s paralyzed from the waist down. She looks into Choi Jun Seok’s death in a wheelchair and realizes that Yu Ra killed him. She kicks Yu Ra out of the house and celebrates her victory.

Yu Ra finds out that Hwa Yeon has been lying about her legs. Once again, she makes a deal with Hwa Yeon and manages to remain the chairman’s daughter-in-law. Meanwhile, Woo Seok painfully decides to let go of Su Hee. However, he discovers Hwa Yeon tried to kill Su Hee again and gets furious.

Woo Seok crashes into a truck on his way to see Ji Sook, and he lapses into a coma due to a cerebral hemorrhage. Hwa Yeon takes advantage of the situation and kicks out Yu Ra. Ji Sook hears that Woo Seok is in the hospital, so she goes to visit him only to be forced out by Hwa Yeon and Mr. Koo. She accidentally falls down the stairs and remembers more of her past.

Dae Chul tells Su Hee he’s been raising her child, who he found on the mountain 31 years ago. Su Hee and Yu Jung finally meet as mother and daughter. Hwa Yeon and Seo Jun also find out that Yu Jung is Su Hee’s daughter. Min Hyuk tells Su Hee about what Hwa Yeon is doing behind her back.

Yu Ra goes to the police station with Tae Poong to confess she lied five years ago. Sang Tae learns his brother’s postmortem report was falsified. Hwa Yeon tries to become the new chairman of DL Group by dismissing Woo Seok while he’s unconscious. Tae Poong hears the news and tries to stop her.

Yu Ra tries to break out of the asylum. Hwa Yeon manages to be released from prosecution. Seo Jun registers as a chairman candidate, so he and Hwa Yeon try to persuade stockholders to choose them. Meanwhile, Tae Poong and Yu Jung try to convince the stockholders to vote down the proposal for the dismissal of Chairman Cha.

As Yu Jung persuades a major stockholder to change his mind, Hwa Yeon chooses to join hands with Yu Ra. With Yu Ra’s help, Hwa Yeon has the shares to remove Woo Seok, and Tae Poong and Yu Jung face a crisis once again. Meanwhile, Hwa Yeon plots meticulously to lead Woo Seok’s dismissal successfully.

Woo Seok tells Hwa Yeon he’ll divorce her. Seo Jun and Woo Seok make up with each other. Yu Ra finally hears the news that Yu Jung is Woo Seok’s daughter. Hwa Yeon looks for Lee Tae Poong, who handed over the land purchase agreement to prosecutor Jang.

Yu Ra tells Hwa Yeon that Min Hyuk is Tae Poong and asks for the foundation in return. She also finds out that Jun Seok is still alive. Seo Jun hears from his secretary that Tae Poong came to DL Group to take revenge for his mother and goes to apologize.

Tae Poong and Sang Tae get evidence of Mr. Koo’s past crime. Mr. Koo and Chang Beom are finally arrested, and Tae Poong goes to Hwa Yeon to break the news. Tae Poong tells Chairman Cha about his true identity. Yu Ra offers to help Hwa Yeon get rid of Tae Poong.

Seo Jun dies from the accident, and everyone is in mourning. Yu Ra is hiding after she hit Seo Jun, and she reaches out to her mother to flee the country. Hwa Yeon has men following Yu Ra to get rid of her for killing Seo Jun, but Sook Ja brought Tae Poong and Sang Tae to have her daughter arrested.

Yu Ra desperately waits for her match to show up, but things just won’t go as she’d hoped. Tae Poong stands in court to clear Kyung Hye’s name of false charges and convict Hwa Yeon and Yu Ra. As the trial begins, the truth is slowly revealed, but Hwa Yeon denies her charges and consistently lies. Meanwhile, Tae Poong suddenly collapses.
