Each week, Galarnyk travels to a different U.S. city to inspect the current state of the city's infrastructure, including bridges, tunnels, utilities, and other public works. Timothy frequently interviews citizens of that city, such as the people that survived the Minnesota Bridge Collapse. He reports what he finds to the city, sometimes by taking the officials with him.
