Kara-chan & Shito-san &,

A healing drama about Kara-chan, a fashion model who loves good food, and Shito-san, a hairstylist who loves saunas, traveling to private saunas around Japan, enjoying delicious meals, and healing both body and mind. As they spend time together on their travels, they slowly relax their tired bodies and minds while discussing everyday annoyances and work-related worries. Despite their polar opposite personalities, being together somehow feels calming and relaxing. Amidst the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it's about gently acknowledging your hard work and giving yourself a little reward, and the happiness of having someone nearby to share that joy.

Episode 2 - Kamakura Hotel, Kamakura

After a planned visit to a burger shop is disrupted, the boys instead eat ribs while wearing kimonos, before heading to Kamakura Hotel to perform a tea ceremony and use the sauna.

Episode 3 - Korinkyo, Kanazawa

April. 04,2026

Upon learning that their next destination in Kanazawa, Kara-chan asks to meet up with a local friend while they are there. Shito-san instead invites Makki, a wood carving artisan, along. The group stay at Korinkyo, and split up to use a variety of the hotel’s facilities - Shito goes to the in-room bath, Kara enjoys the in-house drinks in the bar, and Makki tries an isolation tank. Finally, they all meet up to enjoy use of the hotel’s rooftop sauna together.

Episode 4 - Sherokuma, Nagano

After exhausting work days, Kara-chan and Shinto-san escape to Sherokuma sauna in Nagano to enjoy barbecue in the snow, and, of course, saunas.

Episode 5 - Rentola by Spa LaQua, Tokyo Dome City

When Shito-san admits to never having been on a roller coaster, Kara-chan takes them both to Tokyo Dome City to ride one - but when they get there, they discover the ride is closed due to rain. Instead, they try Spa LaQua’s exclusive Rentola sauna nearby, before eating chashu bao together. Eventually, the rain lets up, and they get a chance to ride the roller coaster despite Shito-san’s nerves.

Episode 6 - The Hive, Toyama

Shito-san takes not only Kara-chan, but also his female friends Gurumi and Goromon to The Hive sauna in Toyama. In conversations with the others, Kara-chan learns a little more about his friend.
