Joanna tips off Zac, but when he exposes Liz, Bea realises Joanna was the source.

Desperate, she tracks them to a derelict house, where Rachel demands Bea's confession. Flames erupt, chaos ensues, and Joanna seizes the moment to escape with Alfie.
