Drive is an American action drama television series set against the backdrop of an illegal cross-country automobile road race, focusing on the willing and unwilling competitors and, as the plot develops, the unseen puppet masters who sponsor the race. Minear has described the show's thematic tone by saying "a secret, illegal, underground road race can be anything from Cannonball Run to The Game to North by Northwest to Magnolia-on-wheels. Ours is all those things."

Episode 2 - Partners

Drivers from distinct backgrounds compete in an illegal road race. Tully, a landscaper, joins the competition to search for his kidnapped wife. Wendy, a new mother, must make a difficult decision, while trying to escape her controlling husband. Rob and Ellie Laird are hoping for some fun after his tour in Iraq, but other motives may be at play. The Salazar brothers look like they'll be a threat to other racers, but when faced with a dilemma, they might surprise someone.

Episode 3 - Let the Games Begin

The race continues on the next stage. Alex meets an old acquaintance after getting in trouble with the police while Wendy gets a new co-driver.

Episode 4 - No Turning Back

April. 23,2007

Corinna and Alex have the chance to get ahead of all the other racers, but it might have fatal consequences. At the same time, Wendy's baby may be in danger and Susan and Leigh continue the race even after Ivy's betrayal. One driver, however, will not finish this stage.

Episode 5 - The Extra Mile

July. 15,2007

All drivers hit the road for the fastest way to the next pit stop. Four participants have to face the consequences for their 'jump start'. Even without Ivy and Susan, Leigh will not stop racing and looks for a new co-pilot, while Wendy's baby gets in danger when his mother is pushed by Ivy to continue the race.

Episode 6 - Rearview

With Winston and Sean in possession of the flash drive, Corinna and Alex take a huge risk in order to get background information on the race - including Kathryn's location. Wendy is in a different race, a race against her husband to be the first to get to baby Sam.
