Currently, he is primarily known for his roles in several local music groups such as being the guitarist and co-lead vocalist of post-hardcore duo "Bonasera", co-founding noise-rock outfit "bodyguards." with fellow Michigan filmmaker Jack Henry Calverley, playing lead guitar for power-pop band "Kindness, Texas" and being the sole member of bedroom-punk project "Goku's Fire Brigade". His filmmaking style is influenced by his experiences as a local TV news camera operator in the city, often utilizing handheld camera techniques. He has a comedic approach to contemporary social issues and frequently uses music from the music groups he's a part of in his films. His debut short film OVERDUE was released in December 2023.
