Camilla Rutherford

Her first film roles were in the short films, Je t'aime John Wayne and Stardom. She had other early roles in Gosford Park (2001), Vanity Fair (2004), The Freediver (2004), Rome (2007), and The Darjeeling Limited (2007). Rutherford also starred in Dimensions (2011), Phantom Thread (2017), and as Diana Napier in the 2021 miniseries A Very British Scandal. Rutherford grew up with her sisters in Holland Park. Her father was a writer for The Financial Times and her mother was a magistrate. She studied Math at Newcastle University, and met her husband, Rufus Abbott, at a party in London. They had a traditional Roman Catholic wedding at St. George's Church in Campden Hill, and held the reception in the Orangeries. They have a son named Hector and a daughter named Maud.
