Rif Hutton

He appeared in several soap operas and television guest roles before landing recurring roles as Dr. Ron Welch in the comedy-drama series Doogie Howser, M.D. (1990 - 1993) and as Lt. Cmdr. Alan Mattoni on the series JAG (1997 - 2001). Hutton has continued to appear in numerous screen roles and provided additional voices in many animated films. Hutton is also notable for playing Russ Beeler, a fictional owner of a KFC establishment, appearing in a number of KFC commercials in the early to mid 1990s. He has been married to voice actress Bridget Hoffman since 2001.
