Ganeshan became known for his role as Budhi Dondra in the children's television series Schloss Einstein starting in September 1998. In 2000, he appeared in the television film Stubbe – Von Fall zu Fall: Blattschuss. He subsequently had smaller roles in other television productions. Ganeshan has since withdrawn from public life. After graduating from high school, he studied medicine and works as a psychiatrist in Würzburg.
