Outside the United States, he is better known for the role of Craig Stirling in "The Champions." He began his career in musical theatre, playing the role of Eddie Yaeger in the Richard Rodgers/Stephen Sondheim Broadway musical, "Do I Hear a Waltz?" and starring as The Prince opposite Lesley Anne Warren in the 1965 TV remake of Rodgers & Hammerstein's "Cinderella."
