Castillo has appeared in over 50 television series, including Missing (2003–2006), Degrassi: The Next Generation (2001–2015), Heartland (since 2007), Fringe (2008–2013), Warehouse 13 (2009–2014), Rookie Blue (2010–2015), Saving Hope (2012–2017), Designated Survivor (2016–2019), The Handmaid’s Tale (since 2017), and The Boys (since 2019). Castillo also had leading roles in Guidestones (2012–2014), Lucky 7 (2013), and Mary Kills People (2017–2018). In film, she starred in Traitor (2008), 2012 (2009), and Miss Sloane (2016).
