At the 2021 Cannes Film Festival, Reinsve won the Best Actress Award for The Worst Person in the World, the first time ever a Norwegian actress has won an award at the festival. She has also starred in the Apple TV+ legal thriller series Presumed Innocent, the A24 satirical dark comedy A Different Man, and the thriller Armand (all in 2024).
