Two low-budget dancers, Cashier and Old-Timer, reunite to perform a surprise birthday gram for Alex, a closet lesbian who is so grossed out by their crude performances that she has a nightmare of her girlfriends being stalked and killed by Cashier's supernatural KILLER THONG. As the only survivor, she must confront her fears, find a way to defeat the KILLER THONG and admit her attraction to women. In the aftermath, Alex finds her coffee table covered with photos.
