Three years after Nolan Snyder cut his own murder spree short, Collin Woods still lives in a state of confusion and paranoia after that night. Having visions of the NightStalker in his dreams and out in the real world. Seeing a psychiatrist and on multiple medications, Collin tries to move on, but his torment worsens as he comes to realize that his visions have horrifyingly predicted the future and the return of a vengeful NightStalker, one who'll make Collin watch as he takes the couple things he still has left.
