Because the attractive head of a small police station in the heart of Cologne is facing the biggest challenge of her life: the annual madness of the Rose Monday parade. Not only did she break up with Rick, her colleague who is still madly in love with her, just a few days ago, but today of all days, the auditor Kersten, another of Carla's exes, arrives. She and her colleagues have their hands full trying to get the drunken rabbits, chickens and Mainzelmännchen into the already overcrowded sobering-up cell at the police station.
