Russian industrialist and future president Dimitri Gradenko steals a rare crystal with the help of which he wants to wipe out the world powers and bring Russia to world domination. A case for Bond, of course! The smart agent with the license to kill - well equipped by chief tinkerer Q - sticks to the heels of the villain and comes on his hunt this time to Mexico, Slovenia, Russia and Turkey, until it finally comes to the final showdown in French Guiana. He gets unexpected support in the form of Bond girl Nastassja Romaschenko , who allies herself with him as a KGB agent. As an adversary tries Gradenko henchman Karlsson, who tries to make his life difficult - but mostly in vain!
